Facebook does not offer any options to turn off comments on your business Facebook page posts, but you can moderate them.

How to disable comments that include certain keywords from your Facebook business page

Step 1: Got to your page settings

Step 2: Then in the left menu, click Followers and public content.

Step 3: Click Hide comments containing certain words from your Page.

Step 4: Add keywords and emojis that you want to block.

How to delete comments from a Facebook business page

Step 1: Go to the comment you wish to delete.

Step 2: Click the three dots [ … ] next to the comment.

Step 3: Select ‘Delete’ from the menu

Step 4: Facebook will ask “Are you sure you want to delete this comment?”. Click the Delete button to confirm.

How to choose who can comment on your Facebook business page posts

Step 1: Go to the post for which you want to moderate comments.

Step 2: Click the three dots [ … ] in the top right of the post.

Step 3: Click Who can comment on your post?

Step 4: Select who is allowed to comment on your post: Public (anyone), only profiles and pages you follow or only profiles and pages you mention in the post.

There isn’t a button which turns off all comments on all posts in a Facebook group, but you can disable comments on posts one-by-one.

Step 2: Go to the post for which you want to switch off comments.
